New Year Resolutions
1. To
improve my English skills

Keep a diary every day in English for at least a month from now.

Find a group in which we have our deal to communicate in English every assembly
once time a week.

Keep reading English magazine “Advanced” and follow the schedule it set for at
least a month.

Watch at least 5 videos using “VoiceTube” on the internet a week for a month
from now.

Using “TOFEL iBT Vocabulary” book to memorize 1 chapter (about 80 new words) a
week for a month from now.
2.
To get a healthy diet
-
Eat 3 meals regularly every day at least a month from now.
-
Don’t eat snacks after nine o’clock.
-
Drink at least 1500ml water every day.
-
Eat at least 3 different kinds of vegetable (half of bowl each) every day.

Eat at least 3 different kinds of fruit every week.
3.
To save more money
-
Keep in track on the expense everyday on smart phone application.
-
Extra drinks and snacks at most 2 times a week.
-
Set a budget in 7000 NT for my every month totally cost.
-
Let family members or good friends know and monitor the way I use money.
-
Always think twice before buying and asks myself “is it necessary?”
4.
To lead a deliberate life style
-
Keep a regular hour by going to bed before 12 at night and get up at 7 in the
morning every day.

Stay to my daily schedule by keep on writing my schedule book.

Never put off until tomorrow what I can do today.

A day still passing no matter I’m happy or sad, so be happy.

Exercise as more as I can. At least 3 times 3o minutes jogging a week.
5.
To broaden and improve my extracurricular skills
-
Learn 10 new Japanese vocabularies and one sentence a week.
-
Practice volley ball at least 2 hour a week.
-
Draw 1 complete graffito and post it on social media a week.
-
Read at least 2 extracurricular books in a month.
- Write one article in English on my blog at least once a week.
